Robert O'Callahan b63d015d33 Bug 459666. Guard assertion containing GetPrimaryFrameFor so it doesn't run at a bad time to be calling GetPrimaryFrameFor. Also, nsCSSFrameConstructor::PostRestyleEvent should check mPresShell->IsDestroying() when deciding whether to drop requests, and it should drop requests silently because it's perfectly safe and correct to do so. r+sr=bzbarsky
