sdagley%netscape.com d57ea0355b First landing of Apple's changes for NSL support from the Open Location in Navigator dialog. Currently #ifdef'ed out with BUILD_NSL_SUPPORT tag as we haven't figured out how to distribute the required NSL header and library yet. saari%netscape.com e024b28c9e MacOS only Modifications to StringLib. It now functions like the Unix version where we have all of the strings in a giant case statement instead of in resources. is only for Java garbage collection and so doesn't matter any more.

private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.

sdagley%netscape.com 8bc5b969e0 Merging fix from 4.0x branch. It's not clear that we really want to call GetURLForReferral when the passed referer is NIL since it breaks Smart Browsing keywords and does not actually appear to be needed to fix bug #90892 (which is why it was originally added).
