This patch copies over the same fix that was used for the profile cleanup page
to the installing page, since in some locales it can run into the same problem
of the header string being so long that it causes the next control to get cut
off by the bottom of the window.

This patch adds a bunch of new defines for stub installer UI parameters that
were previously hard coded or implicit, moves several that were universal into
the branding files, removes several no longer used ones, and changes the names
of some others to match a standard naming convention.

The new background image has a white background behind the footer text, so this
patch changes the color of the footer to black. It also moves the footer text
a bit lower to align with the new logo placement.

users of Nightly on a specific date. We currently only have the ability to do
this when the version changes. This adds the ability to show a page once on
startup on a specific date.
This will probably be backed out past that date.

This patch also removes the last vestiges of the old architecture dropdown
structure, and removes a use of GetBinaryTypeW because it doesn't seem to
return a useful result for any ARM ISA.

This updates the Nightly DMG background to high resolution as given
by shorlander.
The image is passed through zopflipng as done in bug 1234008,
with metadata added back using exiftool as described in bug 1454610 comment 13.
Change is verified locally by re-packaging artifact build and inspecting
the resulting DMG.

Following steps in bug 1435359 comment 2 I have managed to restore the icon
position and the background image of the Developer Edition DMG.
We should uplift this to all affect versions.

Also changes the tooltip on the home button to be independent of the URLs
it opens, per dolske.
Some tests explicitly set browser.startup.homepage, but only through
SpecialPowers.putPrefEnv. That's a good compromise, given the extra
functionality there.
