This patch enables talos test suites to run on VM (taskcluster) and also enables these test suites to run with GCOV code coverage instrumentation on the linux64-ccov build.

This was added to support running directly from the source checkout,
but since we don't actually use that it's pure overhead on these
jobs. This commit fixes that until we restart the work on running from
source.

We are currently running talos on nightly builds and the results are being posted as 'opt'. There is no value in tracking nightly builds as we have larger sample sizes of 'opt' and 'pgo' data.
In addition we run AWSY on nightly and devedition, as this is a performance test, we need to run this on builds where we can get useful data just like talos.

This just migrates the extra tier-2 linux64-qr test jobs from running on
graphics to running on m-c and try. This is the last step needed for the
graphics team to stop using the graphics branch and switch to using the
regular integration branches.

Full Firefox on Linux can now be run with a --headless flag.
This includes seven parts:
1) Running all marionette tests in headless mode.
2) Prevents crashes where Firefox calls into GTK.
3) Adds a headless screen helper which supports changing the headless
screen size with the environment variables MOZ_HEADLESS_WIDTH and
MOZ_HEADLESS_HEIGHT.
4) Supports simulating moving a headless window.
5) Adds a stubbed out nsSound implementation.
6) Supports simulating size mode changes of headless windows.
7) Adds the --headless flag for Firefox.
This unifies the `try-name` property in test descriptions, and ensures that
e10s try jobs have `-e10s` at the end so that try syntax like "-t chromez-e10s"
will work.
