Jeff Walden 184866a5ae Disable debug logging in httpd.js now that the previous change appears acceptable to tinderboxen. Jeff Walden 74b32c3636 Bug 396226 - Provide an API to asynchronously generate HTTP responses in httpd.js, and implement a state-storage system which can store object references to provide greater contextual information in handlers. Jeff Walden 6ed4048793 Bug 463254 - httpd.js fails on mac when running test_CrossSiteXHR.html.
