In the following files, replacing disp->mVisible with disp->IsVisible() is a BUG FIX: nsBlockFrame, nsBulletFrame, nsHRFrame, nsHTMLContainerFrame, nsImageFrame, nsTextFrame. In all the other files, replacing disp->mVisible with disp->IsVisible() or disp->IsVisibleOrCollapsed() is merely a SYNTACTICAL CHANGE. reworked again. But this will able some XUL selects to work that otherwise would be
broken and I haven't found it to cause any problems with a lot of testing. I have
regressed to this situation in the past and it worked OK.
