Nicholas Nethercote 578ac09f67 Bug 1494175 - Remove unimplemented nsIWebBrowserChrome methods. r=qdot 
All implementations of these methods fail immediately. This patch removes them,
and replaces their call sites with failures. Code coverage indicates these
locations aren't hit by any of our tests.

Gijs Kruitbosch 76afb51661 Bug 1493655 - make nsISecureBrowserUI initialize from a docshell instead of a window, r=keeler,nika 
This also removes the (afaict, unused) stub implementation from TabParent. The netwerk header
inclusions were necessary because those files included TabParent.h and through it,
nsISecureBrowserUI, but now TabParent.h no longer does that.

Summary:
We only use one branch of the property set method in
nsIWebBrowserSetup, in one place. Expose this setting in the C++ API
and remove the XPCOM interface.

This patch also exposes the nsWebBrowser.h header to the codebase,
meaning we can possibly start removing some uses of nsIWebBrowser
elsewhere.

Kyle Machulis 04b50a312d Bug 1480607 - Remove nsCWebBrowser and nsCWebBrowserPersist; r=nika 
It doesn't appear these IDL files have had interfaces in them since
before the Netscape import, and were mostly just hanging around
because they contained some IDs needed elsewhere. Move the IDs
somewhere more appropriate and remove files.

Andreas Farre 1d151a57c8 Bug 1445659 - Create basic Browsing Context in Content Parent and Child. r=peterv 
Add BrowsingContext to allow the tree structure of docshells to exist
in several processes simultaneously. This is a first step towards

Samael Wang bd101fbdae Bug 1427691 - Fix the incorrect nsIWidgetListener function names in nsWebBrowser. r=bz 
The original patch in bug 743975 defined nsIWidgetListener::WindowRaised and
nsIWidgetListener::WindowLowered, but they were renamed to WindowActivated /
WindowDeactivated before landing according to bug 743975 comment 69. The
implementation of nsWebBrowser was left with incorrect names.
