The seeking attribute is changed synchronously, however, the seeking event is fired asynchronously. It is possible that by the time the seeking event is fired, the seeking operation has already completed and that the "time marches on", causing currentTime to be past the seeking position.

Audio track and video tracks have under most cases a different start and end time. Additionally, the mp4 file is poorly muxed and contains out of order frames. As such we keep a table of time and duration for each media segments.
The test itself was right, however it had an invalid time table to start with as it incorrectly used the dts (decode timestamp) instead of the pts (presentation timestamp).

- The WebM file manifest correctly indicates the duration as reported in the metadata. However, the last frame has an end time 0f 6.05s which would adjust the duration. As such it is incorrect to assume that after a full appendBuffer the duration will remain the same as set in the metadata.

The tests incorrectly assume that all videos start at 0. However this is often not the case, in particular for the mp4 files.
The buffered range is the intersection of the audio track and the video track. As such, if the video track starts at a later time than 0, the buffered range of the source buffer can't be starting at 0.
Rather than using different videos, we properly use the correct values; this is done to ensure that buffered range are calculated correctly, regardless of the video content.
timestamps verify with mkvinfo utility for webm and ffprobe for mp4.

The ogg file contains a theora video track with a flac audio track, not vorbis.
The new OggDemuxer properly ignore the tracks it knows nothing about.
This will cause the tests to use MP4 with h264/aac instead which isn't available on Windows XP, so we mark those tests are expected to fail.

Outline of this patch:
1. Define a new ipdl message called |CloseAfterInvalidationComplete| to trigger the close event after all transactions are complete only if the database is invalidated by the user agent.
2. Make sure the following event sequence is consistent during invalidation according to the steps in |5.2. Closing a database| by the following 2 solutions:
IDBRequest.onerror -> IDBTransaction.onerror -> IDBTransaction.onabort -> IDBDatabase.onclose.
2.1. In parent process, do not force to abort the transactions after invalidation but wait for all the transactions in its child process are complete.
2.2. In child process, make sure that each IDBTransaction will notify its completion to the parent after all its pending IDBRequests are finished.
3. Add test_database_onclose.js to test the close event especially when read/write operation is ongoing.
4. Add test_database_close_without_onclose.js as a XPCShell test because setTimeout() is not preferred in Mochitest to ensure that the IDBDatabase.onclose event won't be sent after closed normally.

If the mathml.disabled preference is true, treat <math> and other MathML
elements as generic XML elements.
This patch disables the rendering code of MathML however preserves the
namespace so to reduce the breakage.

Bug 1160847 part 3 - Restore virtual bidi control characters for reordering. r=jfkthame

This patch mainly consists of two parts, one for resolving and the other
for reordering.
In the resolving part, the added code stores the lowest embedding level
of all bidi formatting characters precede a frame to the bidi data of
that frame when necessary.
In the reordering part, virtual frame is restored from the information
stored above before asking the bidi engine to reorder frames
Collapsing a run of continuous virtual formatting characters into one
virtual character with the lowest embedding level among them should work
because a character with a higher embedding level than either of its
neighbors should not affect the reordering result of any other part of
the sequence. (No formal proof of this theorem, though)
