bryner%brianryner.com d9626f6746 Add support for using gcc's visibility pragma to treat all function and method declarations as "hidden" unless declared otherwise. Create wrappers for system headers that cause them to be treated as default-visibility declarations. Follow MSVC as much as possible by requiring proper dllimport/dllexport declarations.
Remove dllimport/dllexport declarations from all nsXPTCStubBase functions and just export the class itself.
