cmanske%netscape.com 770a137b12 Added Page Properties (26889) and Page Colors dialogs (14344), removed debug menu only in release (27237), link dialog fixes (27308), lots of dialog rewrite to use titledbox instead of fieldset, rewrote insert table dialog to use boxes. tomk%mitre.org 025b7fdb16 Added a generic Makefile to simply build the Mozilla DOM wrapper classes. 
Fixed a bug in the wrapper factory methods in MozillaDocument.cpp.  The bug
could cause seg. faults if a "null" mozilla object was being wrapped.

Note:  These files are not part of the regular Mozilla build.
