The existing ANR and tombstone checks in remoteautomation are used
by mochitests and reftests but are awkward for other harnesses like cppunit
that do not use remoteautomation...and easily missed. This patch moves that
code to the mozharness AndroidMixin, treating ANRs and tombstones like the
logcat: Make sure any old logs are deleted when the mozharness script starts,
then move any logs found at the end of the run to the upload directory.

The wrench reftest suite runs reftests on the standalone webrender
project, and emits output that is compatible with the reftest analyzer.
However, the output takes a slightly different path through taskcluster
(the job runs via generic-worker rather than mozharness) and so doesn't
have the "(INFO|ERROR) -" prefix that the analyzer expects. This patch
loosens that restriction so that these logs can be parsed properly.

This code has gotten tweaked a number of times over the years to support
new log formats, but there's always the risk that a tweak will break old
log formats. So this patch adds a small test function that can be run by
anybody making changes to ensure old logs still parse fine. A few
current log samples are tested thusly.

Bug 1514594: Part 3a - Change ChromeUtils.import to return an exports object; not pollute global. r=mccr8
This changes the behavior of ChromeUtils.import() to return an exports object,
rather than a module global, in all cases except when `null` is passed as a
second argument, and changes the default behavior not to pollute the global
scope with the module's exports. Thus, the following code written for the old
model:
ChromeUtils.import("resource://gre/modules/Services.jsm");
is approximately the same as the following, in the new model:
var {Services} = ChromeUtils.import("resource://gre/modules/Services.jsm");
Since the two behaviors are mutually incompatible, this patch will land with a
scripted rewrite to update all existing callers to use the new model rather
than the old.

This was a regression from bug 1497339 which changed the location of
specialpowers in the objdir. While the reftest harness itself was changed, the
selftests weren't updated.
Only the local case was affected since the location of specialpowers in the
tests.zip remained the same. This explains why this wasn't caught in CI.

Moves mozleak to use structured logging. The logger gets two new
actions, mozleak_object to indicate the name of an object that leaked
in a specific process and mozleak_total to indicate the total number
of bytes leaked in a process.
The output from the TBPL formatter is
expected to remain near-identical to the previous output from the
logger, so there shouldn't be any effect on the ability to fail jobs
if there are leaks.
Additional features required by web-platform-tests are also added
here; the leak thresholds are passed to the logger for mozleak_total
and a list of any objects allowed to leak are passed for
mozleak_object, so that a log consumer may decide whether a leak is
unexpected. In addition, the scope attribute is used to specify the
set of tests (or other tasks) running at the time of the leak, which
may be used to associate a leak with a specific set of files.

This sends a sync IPC message to the compositor after each crashtest, to
ensure that any stuff inflight in the compositor settles down. In
particular this should round-trip through all of the relevant compositor
threads (i.e. for WebRender it should ensure the scene builder, render
backend, and renderer threads all get flushed).

This patch introduces 2 new prefs:
- devtools.console.stdout.chrome: if true, console API writes on stdout when
used by chrome code
- devtools.console.stdout.content: console API write on stdout when used by
content code.
Intermittently, at least on Windows, reftest.jsm finds that the reftest.xul
window is not focused on startup; focus seems to be on the dummy about:blank
window. This patch tries to detect that condition and correct it by bringing
reftest.xul (g.containingWindow) into focus before specifically focusing
the browser element (g.browser).
This duplicates all the reftest tasks except with
dom.serviceWorkers.parent_intercept set to true. For now they are only run on
mozilla-central with linux64/debug.
