This fixes many crashes caused by illegal uses of the nsStdURL.
This also allows a plugable protocol to provide their own url parser.

cls%seawood.org bf5fb48486 Replaced NO_SHARED_LIB & NO_STATIC_LIB with BUILD_SHARED_LIBS, BUILD_STATIC_LIBS, FORCE_STATIC_LIB & FORCE_SHARED_LIB. Added FORCE_USE_PIC. 
Changes allow us to have a finer control over which parts of the tree are built with PIC.  Part of the static build branch landing.

Changing values to 0, 1, 2 (left, middle, right mouse buttons respectively) from 1, 2, 3. |event.which| continues to use the old values for backwards compatibility.
