The previous drag space was only set as min-height on the titlebar,
which led tabsintitlebar.js to not account that extra space for moving
the titlebar to the bottom (because it calculates that height from
tab strip height). So while it looked fine visually, the titlebar did
not stretch all the way to the bottom, so that e.g. double-clicks aren't
registered correctly.

As an alternative to using a border colored to match what's behind
it, as the color of that border needs to be maintained to match,
and the border can cut into other things. Since the border was
1px on high DPI displays, this does change how it looks slightly
under those circumstances, but see the images attached to the bug,
which is still visually pleasing.

There's only one interesting case here: the active tab. When rendering the label
of an overflowing active tab into the fadeout mask surface, text rendering must
not use the font smoothing background color for dark vibrancy. Instead, it needs
to use the color of the tab itself for best results.
Alternatively, we could set the font smoothing background color of the active
tab to "transparent", because this text is not on top of a vibrant background.
However, doing so would lose the subpixel AA and would not look as crisp.

Bug 1392979 - Modernize buttons for Flash CTP r=Felipe

This is just the most conservative thing we can do to get the
Flash doorhanger to not look out of place next to other
doorhangers. This does not change the doorhanger's strings or
anything substantive. Still looking into what that would entail,
but I thought I would drop this in as a baseline.
Minor notes: added default="true" to get the OS-specific button
reordering of normal doorhangers, and removed the close button
since the doorhanger will close by just clicking out of it.
