Masayuki Nakano 9165a150a1 Bug 1540930 - Make nsPresContext use mozilla::PresShell directly rather than via nsIPresShell r=emilio 
`nsPresContext` should use `mozilla::PresShell` directly instead of
`nsIPresShell`.  This patch makes it.

Unfortunately, `nsPresContext` and `nsIFrame` have `PresShell()`.  Therefore,
we cannot use `PresShell*` in its methods so that this patch uses `mozilla::`
namespace prefix.

It might be better to rename them as `PresShellPtr()` in another bug.

Nika Layzell 5e2e5fc993 Bug 1444991 - Part 5: Make some XPCOM methods more strongly typed, r=bz 
This patch goes through and changes a bunch of places in our tree which mention
this bug to use the new feature, making the methods more strongly typed.

There are probably more places in tree which could be changed, but I didn't try
to find them.

Add BrowserLocaleManager.refreshLocales, a native function which calls OSPreferences::Refresh, and BrowserLocaleManager.getLocale, which returns the current locale string. Use these in place of observing modification of the intl.locale.os pref.

Kartikaya Gupta cad9534e69 Bug 1377090 - Turn gfxMatrix into a typedef for MatrixDouble. r=jrmuizel 
Most of this patch is updating a few places that use gfxMatrix to use
the equivalent-but-differently-named functions on MatrixDouble:
- Translate/Rotate/Scale get turned into PreTranslate/PreRotate/PreScale
- Transform(Point) gets turned into TransformPoint(Point)
- gfxMatrix::TransformBounds(gfxRect) gets turned into
  gfxRect::TransformBoundsBy(gfxMatrix).
- gfxMatrix::Transform(gfxRect) gets turned into
  gfxRect::TransformBy(gfxMatrix).
The last two functions are added in this patch as convenience wrappers
to gfxRect instead of Matrix.h because we don't want Matrix.h to "know"
about gfxRect (to avoid adding gecko dependencies on Moz2D). Once we
turn gfxRect into a typedef for RectDouble these will be eliminated
anyway.

Remove the addPluginView and removePluginView methods from
GeckoInterface. Instead, move the JNI calls directly to GeckoApp itself.
GeckoApp then uses GeckoActivityMonitor to find the current activity,
instead of using GeckoAppShell.getGeckoInterface().

Randall Barker a606cd8b60 Bug 1335895 - Android GeckoView Dynamic Toolbar Version 3 r=botond,dvander,jchen,kats 
This version of the Dynamic Toolbar moves the animation of the toolbar
from the Android UI thread to the compositor thread. All animation for
showing and hiding the toolbar are done with the compositor and a static
snapshot of the real toolbar.
