This should be an idempotent patch. The way to come up with this patch has been:
* Run the first script attached to the bug and pipe it to xclip, then paste it
in color.rs
* Add the relevant #[derive] annotations and remove the color.mako.rs
definition.
* Reorder the values to match the ColorID definition, on which some widget
prefs and caching stuff relies on.
* Manually port some documentation from nsLookAndFeel.h
* Run `rg 'eColorID_' | cut -d : -f 1 | sort | uniq >files`
* Run the second script attached to the bug.
* Manually fix usage of `LAST_COLOR` (adding the `End` variant), and adding
casts to integer as needed.
* Add an static assert so that people remember to update the prefs, rather than
a comment on the definition :)

The only caller wants CSS pixels, no need to go back and forth.
This is the last dependency on the pres context, I think, from the style system
font code.

So that we can query the test value in the child process properly.
Note that the APIs used for setting the prefers-reduced-motion value for testing
are only used on Android and MacOSX. As for MacOSX we have a different
machinery (see bug 1486971) to deliver the test value without spinning native
event loop in the child process so the change here is valid only for Android.

Content process of Android uses sync IPC when initializing LookAndFeel. But
current e10s has LookAndFeel cache for start up of content process.
So we should use it, then remove sync IPC for start up performance

To make the test work properly, there needs two functions. One is just setting
a value for testing and sending the notificaiton for the value changes, the
other one is to reset the state for testing.

There is no API that we can tell which input device is the primary pointer
device on Android, so we assume that the first pointer-type input device
in the list of InputDevice.getDevice is the primary one.
Test results on L-01F (a variant of LG-G2):
- Normal boot
The touchscreen is the primary device
- Plugged a mouse
The touchscreen is the primary device
- Boot with a plugged mouse
The mouse is the primary device
- Plugged off the mouse
The touchscreen is now the primary device
- Plugged the mouse again
The touchscreen is the primary device
Classification in getPointerCapablities refered to chrome impelementation [1].
In addition to the classification, we add SOURCE_JOYSTICK as a 'COARSE' and
'HOVER_CAPABLE' device.

This is a regression by bug 1403690. After landing this, some xpcshell tests
cause crash with stylo.
mozilla::java::GeckoAppShell::GetShowPasswordSetting doesn't work on xpcshell
test. If JNI isn't available such as xpcshell, we shouldn't use this method.

Our minimum requirement is api-16+ and ICS or later's default font is Roboto. But nsLookAndFeel::GetFontImpl still returns Droid Sans. We should return Roboto.
