Apply NS_FASTCALL to our most frequently called non-public methods and functions. Also add NS_CDECL to explicitly specify the default calling convention and make it part of NS_IMETHOD, since xptcall can't deal with NS_FASTCALL. adds |operator=( const self_type& )| to nsSharable{C}String and nsXPIDL{C}String, to prevent the compiler from synthesizing its own (which won't do the right thing).

This should fix a bunch of XPIDLString-related cfront compile warnings.
