Gregory Szorc a98df2b053 Backout 69f755d4f257 (bug 1103825) for test failures 
xpcom/tests/unit/test_nsIProcess.js and
xpcom/tests/unit/test_nsIProcess_stress.js were failing with this commit
applied. Backout out.
