Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and

Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element.
