cls%seawood.org 96128cefd3 Turned FULL_STATIC_BUILD on by default. Turn it off via --enable switches: min-shared, oji, or java. Turned unix ldap off by default. As a result, we must add back those lost years in order to get cross platform compatibility with other perl time implementations.
