Masayuki Nakano 1836c00470 Bug 1729170 - Make all methods of `nsTextFragment` take `uint32_t` for the offset and length of text r=smaug
`nsTextFragment` is a storage of data node and DOM offset is `uint32_t`, but
some methods of `nsTextFragment` takes `int32_t` for the offset/length in
its text. Therefore, callers need to cast from `uint32_t` to `int32_t` if
the offset value is offset in a DOM node. Therefore, all methods of it should
take `uint32_t` values as offset/length in its text.

Ricky Stewart 02a7b4ebdf Bug 1654103: Standardize on Black for Python code in `mozilla-central`.
Allow-list all Python code in tree for use with the black linter, and re-format all code in-tree accordingly.

To produce this patch I did all of the following:

1. Make changes to tools/lint/black.yml to remove include: stanza and update list of source extensions.

2. Run ./mach lint --linter black --fix

3. Make some ad-hoc manual updates to python/mozbuild/mozbuild/test/configure/test_configure.py -- it has some hard-coded line numbers that the reformat breaks.

4. Make some ad-hoc manual updates to `testing/marionette/client/setup.py`, `testing/marionette/harness/setup.py`, and `testing/firefox-ui/harness/setup.py`, which have hard-coded regexes that break after the reformat.

5. Add a set of exclusions to black.yml. These will be deleted in a follow-up bug (1672023).

Emilio Cobos Álvarez 706ea62758 Bug 1667209 - Make find code keep references to subdocuments, not pres shells. r=smaug
We don't have a repro for this.

Keeping a reference to a PresShell for an arbitrary amount of time is
error prone, because the pres shell could've been detached and even
though the code tried to handle it didn't seem to do it a 100% of the
time.

Also, calling PresShell::FlushPendingNotifications directly is not the
right thing to do anyways because it won't flush ancestor documents as
needed.

This patch fixes both issues by keeping a reference to the subdocument
we're searching rather than to the shell.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez ff764ee675 Bug 1482147 - Simplify nsTypeAheadFind visibility code to not lie. r=masayuki
Multiple issues here. The IsRangeVisible code was wrong, it was returning false
for ranges that were perfectly valid, but outside the viewport, because the
following piece of code:

 if (!aMustBeInViewPort) {
   // This is an early exit case because we don't care that that range
   // is out of viewport, so we return that the range is "visible".
   return true;
 }

Was incorrectly after some stuff checking viewport visibility. This code is
pretty complex for no good reason, it wants to do something very
simple: Start from the visible selection if possible.

This patch still achieves this, using IsRangeRendered (which does a proper
hit-test to figure out if a range is in the viewport). Should have no behavior
differences except for non-collapsed ranges that are partially inside the
viewport.

We should start seeking from the child-at-start/end-offset, rather than the

The logic to select the starting node was backwards too...

If we're finding backwards we want to start looking from the beginning of the

Masayuki Nakano 2f69dfdd5d Bug 1547536 - Make PresShell QI-able for aware of do_QueryReferent() r=smaug
There is the following usage of nsIPresShell:
```
nsCOMPtr<nsIPresShell> presShell = do_QueryReferent(mPresShellWeak);
```

So, for changing this to:
```
RefPtr<PresShell> presShell = do_QueryReferent(mPresShellWeak);
```

PresShell should have its own IID.

Masayuki Nakano 5932f01d53 Bug 1545342 - part 1: Create mozilla/PresShellForwards.h and move global enums/constants in nsIPresShell.h and mozilla/PresShell.h into the new one r=smaug
This patch creates new header, `mozilla/PresShellForwards.h`. It should have
all forward declarations of global class/struct in `nsIPresShell.h` and
`mozilla/PresShell.h`.

Additionally, this moves all `enum`s and `constant`s in them into the new file
with changing them to `enum class`es.

This will make other headers which require only specific types in the header
files not include them.

This patch makes `nsDocShell::GetPresShell()` and
`nsDocShell::GetEldestPresShell()` return `mozilla::PresShell*` and
some non-public methods use `mozilla::PresShell*` directly.

Masayuki Nakano de2d589e58 Bug 1540015 - part 3: Rename Document::GetShell() to Document::GetPresShell() and make it return PresShell* rather than nsIPresShell* r=smaug,emilio
This makes `Document::GetShell()` return `PresShell*` instead of `nsIPresShell`.

Additonally, "shell" is unclear ("docshell" vs. "presshell"). Therefore, this
also renames `Document::GetShell()` to `Document::GetPresShell()`.

Similarly, some other method names of `Document` are also renamed from
`*Shell*` to `*PresShell*`.
