XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. Fix non-JAR builds run-time bustage. Some lines were accidentily removed from classic/jar.mn and modern/jar.mn, causing needed css files to not be copied / jar'ed up for clobber builds. Putting them back. bug=71953. r=mozbot. Forgive me for cleaning up a little "while I was there".
