jdunn%netscape.com 9120846a94 Initialize the vars and make sure we 'NULL' them after we free them. 
On HP (for example) there isn't a sound shared lib, so we ended up
freeing an uninitialized pointer.

lines to mousewheel scroll on Win95 (it's different than 98/NT).  This
was causing ProcessMessage to bail out early and never dispatch the

We now set MOZ_{JPEG,ZLIB,PNG}_{CFLAGS,LIBS}, XPCOM_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT*_LIBS, WIDGET_DLL, GFXWIN_DLL and MOZ_JS_LIBS in configure.
Added os2 specific arguments to configure.
Added os2 target arch section to configure.
Modified a handful of Makefile.ins to use MOZ_JS_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT_LIBS, & EXTRA_DSO_LIBS where necessary.
