Since it would be tricky to get a color that would give us a good contrast,
we add a bottom border to matching elements to differentiate them from the
other ones.
This also matches the style that we have in Debugger search results.
We're using an inset box-shadow so we don't impact the layout.
This patch also modifies to which elements we apply the "matching" style for
properties. Previously we were applying to individual elements on the property
container, which would have been hard to make a seamless border to work.
Instead, we're putting the styling on the whole property itself.
As the padding on it + negative margin on `.ruleview-namecontainer` was making
it look off, we're simply removing them.
This was used to ensure that wrapping lines wouldn't be placed directly under
the checkbox (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1436185#c8 ).
We can replicate this with a hanging text-indent instead.

macOS needs a transparent root background in order for vibrancy to work
(showing the contents behind the window). Bug 1843044 broke this.
Long ago, we used to do vibrancy more aggressively (on the titlebar
etc), but now the sidebar is the only thing that has that left.
This fixes it, but it's a bit action-at-a-distance.

With --pause-after-test WebDriver runs a script and waits for an
exception that indicates the test window closed.
However this is problematic on reload because the navigation also
interrupts the script. We handle a JavascriptException by trying to
rerun the script, but if the reload is slow (e.g. in a debug build) we
can be trying to run the script in a window where the marionette
JSWindowActors are not yet loaded. In that case marionette arbitarily
returns null as the script result.
To handle this case, if we get a result for the script, check if it's
null and if it is just rerun rather than exiting.
