This patch was autogenerated by my decomponents.py
It covers almost every file with the extension js, jsm, html, py,
xhtml, or xul.
It removes blank lines after removed lines, when the removed lines are
preceded by either blank lines or the start of a new block. The "start
of a new block" is defined fairly hackily: either the line starts with
//, ends with */, ends with {, <![CDATA[, """ or '''. The first two
cover comments, the third one covers JS, the fourth covers JS embedded
in XUL, and the final two cover JS embedded in Python. This also
applies if the removed line was the first line of the file.
It covers the pattern matching cases like "var {classes: Cc,
interfaces: Ci, utils: Cu, results: Cr} = Components;". It'll remove
the entire thing if they are all either Ci, Cr, Cc or Cu, or it will
remove the appropriate ones and leave the residue behind. If there's
only one behind, then it will turn it into a normal, non-pattern
matching variable definition. (For instance, "const { classes: Cc,
Constructor: CC, interfaces: Ci, utils: Cu } = Components" becomes
"const CC = Components.Constructor".)

Also removes some dead code.
A lot of the code in ExtensionUtils.jsm is not needed in all processes, and a
lot of the rest isn't needed until extension code runs. Most of it winds up
being loaded into all processes way earlier than necessary.

This change makes the code a little cleaner and reduces the number of
places we call PR_GetCurrentThread, which is important for Quantum DOM
scheduling work.
The conversion was largely automatic, via:

Convert events used in MulticastDNSManager to
GeckoBundle/BundleEventListener events. MulticastDNSManager also sends
observer notifications from Java to Gecko, and that converts nicely to
using the new unified EventDispatcher on both sides. The patch also
hides some logging behind a flag to reduce logcat clutter.
This change avoids lots of false positives for Coverity's CHECKED_RETURN
warning, caused by NS_WARN_IF's current use in both statement-style and
expression-style.
In the case where the code within the NS_WARN_IF has side-effects, I made the
following change.

- NS_IMETHODIMP F() final; --> NS_IMETHOD F() final;
- NS_IMETHODIMP F() final {...} --> NS_IMETHOD F() final {...}
Using NS_IMETHOD is the preferred way of marking in-class virtual methods.
Although these transformations add an explicit |virtual|, they are safe --
there's an implicit |virtual| anyway because |override| and |final| only work
with virtual methods.
