seawood%netscape.com 8a2a775382 Since '-framework Carbon' causes binaries to require console access to run, do not link using that flag by default. Otherwise, remote builds & non-console tinderboxes will break. Mac OSX Mach-O only.

dbaron%fas.harvard.edu 2fe76cd2ac Reduce the performance cost of (threadsafely) refcounting many atoms by creating a second implementation of nsIAtom (derived from the first) that does not refcount and gets destroyed at XPCOM shutdown. ramiro%netscape.com f41e67c622 Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.
