dbaron%dbaron.org 96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). bryner%brianryner.com e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size.
