This is enough to get the stylo-enabled build green.

There's still some orange in WPT with stylo disabled (due to interfaces not
exposed and that) that I'll update tomorrow.

Will send a different patch on top of this for that, though I'll land together.

Most of the Shadow DOM related code are behind "dom.webcomponents.enabled" and
this pref is only used by Shadow DOM right now, so we should rename it to
"dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled"

Makoto Kato 376ad42ea3 Bug 1404178 - Fix some reftest conditions for Stylo on Android. r=heycam 
Even if Stylo on Android, the following is successful.

- unit-vh-vw-overflow-scroll.html
- unit-vh-vw-overflow-scroll-x.html
- unit-vh-vw-overflow-scroll-y.html

- Although we use fails-if(stylo|styloVsGecko), since last condition is
fuzzy-if(Android,...), android's reftest uses fuzzy-if unfortunately.
We should modify fuzzy-if's order to pass reftest for Stylo on Android.
