Bug 1153094: Rename LargeDataBuffer and DataBuffer object. r=cpearce
...
This causes conflicts with webRTC libraries that use those names already. The
linker appears to get it wrong and calls the destructor of the wrong class.

This patch integrates changes from Bluetooth v1 into the shared file
BluetoothCommon.h, and makes it available to both versions. The enum
constant TYPE_INVALID is replaced by NUM_TYPE.

We used to avoid using Nested and NestedOf because they were based on
bind and it was difficult to maintain our std::bind polyfill. Now that
we use lambdas, it is easy to use Nested and NestedOf, so we should do
so wherever it makes the code clearer.
