Since the order of events is 'blur' followed by 'focus', we send a message from the content process to the parent process and wait for a reply to give enough time for the parent process to signal that the 'blur' was related to the focusing of the search field. If the parent process hasn't signaled as such, then the content process will proceed with hiding the dropdown.

Bug 1337545 - Use keydown event for keycodes in commands r=kmag

When you create a <key> element, which is what the commands API
does under the hood to allow keyboard shortcuts, the event type
that the handler listens to defaults to keypress. For printable
characters, the keyCode property of a keypress event is 0,
causing keycode bindings for these printable characters to not
work. We could use key for these properties, but the shift key
interacts with the key property in ways that make it simpler to
simply fix the keycode usage for our purposes.

This patch replaces FX_SESSION_RESTORE_CONTENT_COLLECT_DATA_LONGEST_OP_MS with
a more fine-grained data collection via a keyed histogram so that we can
determine which type of data collection we spend a lot of time on.
Additionally, it abandons sending telemetry data from the content to the parent
via custom messages and instead uses the Telemetry service directly. Thus it
also gets rid of a bug that currently overrides measurements for the same
histogram done quickly in succession.

This string was (accidentally I presume) removed in bug 1330001, but it's
needed for the "enable DRM" prompt that we show if we visit Netflix or another
site that uses EME and EME is disabled.
Without this, users on Linux (where we ship EME disabled by default) will never

Unfortunately, we can't simply restore advancedLongDesc because it will change strings. I hid advancedButton instead. The advanced panel will have no useful information for SSLv3 errors anyway.
