slamm%netscape.com fd6268a2f2 Check dependencies on every pass. This is less than ideal because it causes gmake to fire twice for each Makefile, but it does work with -jN builds. properly set all the ac magic needed to properly asm files.
Currently this is only an issue on Solaris, when building with the native
sun compiler.
