caillon%returnzero.com	a9e2dece76	Bug 38370. ... Allow color of an HR element to be changed. Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block). vidur%netscape.com	cb48e4047a	Fixed MAP elements to conform to HTML 4.0. Hooked up attribute changes for MAP, AREA and ANCHOR elements. Added RECONSTRUCT_ALL as a style hint for attribute changes.
