IsTypeSupported requires a docshell in order to determine if plugins are allowed. This adds a static version that lets the caller provide their own value for allowing plugins.

There's just no use for it, it was an unnecessary virtual interface, with a single concreate class and only ever used in C++.

Add a new nsExternalHelperAppService derived class named nsOSHelperAppServiceChild to be used for the MIME service, external helper app service, and external protocol service interfaces in child processes. nsOSHelperAppServiceChild overrides some methods used to get MIME and external protocol handler information from the OS and implements these methods by remoting the calls to the parent process.
This is necessary because, on Mac, querying the OS for helper application info from sandboxed content processes is unreliable and has buggy side effects.
For now, only use the new class on Mac.

when a CanonicalBrowsingContext is created from IPC. With this it is
possible to keep track of all child processes associated with a
BrowsingContextGroup.

Add a new interface nsIOSPermissionRequest for querying the
staus of access permissions for audio/video media capture and
requesting access to audio/video capture devices. Provides an
implementation for macOS 10.14 and a default implementation
(nsOSPermissionRequestBase) for earlier macOS versions and other
platforms. The default implementation always returns status
indicating access is allowed.

Add BrowsingContext to allow the tree structure of docshells to exist

nsIGlobalHistory2 is not implemented by any mozilla-central nor comm-central applications, and hence can be removed. As a result, nsDownloadHistory's implementation can also be removed.
