Earlier versions of these templates can be found, cvs removed, scattered around bugzilla/template/default; but there are no substantial changes between their initial checkin there and here.

The charray() code now uses strtok_r() if available.
strtok_r() is now used everywhere on Linux if available.

Remember the nickname in the cache entry so that we can always free it when the cert goes away, even if the nickname has changes.
...
Also, initialize subjectList to NULL at the beginning, so we don't try to add nickname when we aren't supposed to.

Fix bug # 122905 - ldap_url_search_s does not honor first argument ?
...
ldap_url_search() now uses the port from the LDAP * if no hostport
is included in the URL. This is a change in behavior, but the old
behavior was wrong.
