Eddy Bruel ac26949ffe Bug 789897 - Implement isExtensible and preventExtensions traps for proxies, including scriptable direct proxies, and in the various wrapper classes. Also move non-static JSObject::preventExtensions to static ObjectImpl::preventExtensions, for handle correctness.
