I did manual testing for ::-moz-dropdown-list. Unfortunately, the only way I
know to test it is to have a combobox in a non-e10s window and dynamically
change its background color, then drop down the dropdown and see whether it
picked up the changed background color.

We set the base rect for root scroll frames of root content documents and top level documents because it is quick and easy to calculate it.
Otherwise we ignore the display port if we are missing a base rect, and treat it like a scrollframe without a displayport. This is likely better behaviour as if the base rect is missing the computed displayport may not even cover what is currently visible.

restyle which should update *all* animations. If we fail to update animations
during the animation restyle and update them during the subsequent non-animation

I believe the reordering of the first/last check across the code that
delves into letter frames is an improvement, but a currently undectable
one, since it appears that we don't currently allow ::first-letter
pseudo-elements to break across lines, even in the presence of
multi-character ::first-letters that are broken by
'word-break:break-all'.

Mainly, before this change, there was nothing forcing style structs computed in
a style context to remain computed for the new style context after a call to
CalcStyleDifference. This can make us skip change hints when a style change
doesn't force to recompute one of these structs.

Bug 1340441: Try to make crashtest 1338772-1.html more reliable. (no review, test-only)

This crashtest removes "reftest-wait" in a resize handler. Right now, that
resize handler isn't always being reliably triggered on TreeHerder. I suspect
this is because we handle the resize before we've ever done layout on the thing
being resized (the contentWindow inside of "inner"). So this patch establishes
an explicit size & explicitly triggers a reflow (via "offsetTop") on
inner.contentWindow, before we perform the resize tweak. This should make the
resize handler be triggered more reliably (100% reliably, I expect).

For a table, the primary frame is the table wrapper anonymous box. That
anonymous box inherits style from its _child_ table frame, which is the frame that
has the actual style for the element. So we want to use the stylo-computed
style for the table frame, and then compute an updated style for the table
wrapper too, because some things (like absolute positioning) are done for the
table wrapper anonymous box, not the table frame.

sHideCaretsForMouseInput is default to true on all platforms. When clicking
"SELECT ALL" on Fennec toolbar in <input>, AccessibleCaretManager will
receive SELECTALL_REASON with MOZ_SOURCE_TOUCH.
We should hide the carets only if the select-all reason is fired by
keyboard, not by touch.

This patch does a few things:
* Buckets invalidations by transaction ID, and sends MozAfterPaints events for them when the associated composite completes.
* Creates a separate EventualDidPaint timer for each transaction ID we have invalidations for rather than just using one.
* Removes NotifyDidPaintForSubtree(PAINT_LAYERS), as it was only necessary for the existing bucketing mechanism.
