mcafee%netscape.com 87417af899 ValidateDocData() isn't implemented anywhere, the only usage is in this file and there's 8 stubs in the tree to get around the undefine. Moving the stub to this file in lieu of yanking it; will remove other stubs from viewer, apprunner, etc. 1999-02-01 12:33:19 +00:00

cyeh%netscape.com 65038e9551 Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great 
care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.

If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
If I removed a makefile that you need, please e-mail cyeh@netscape.com.

utility functions from libmsg/msgutil.c to new files
libxp/xp_linebuf.c and libnet/mkbuf.c:

	msg_GrowBuffer ==> XP_GrowBuffer
	msg_LineBuffer ==> XP_LineBuffer
	msg_ReBuffer ==> XP_ReBuffer
	msg_MakeRebufferingStream ==> NET_MakeRebufferingStream
