- support build, checkout commands
- fix uploading to work with .tar.gz (Linux builds)
- fix distclean to work even when client.mk is unhappy
- propagate error from patch and checkout
- support fast-update
- fix upgrade to work if ctrl+c is pressed during throttle
- print more messages
