Bug 290428. When the mouse drags above or below the end of a listbox/comboboxdropdown, select the first or last option. Remove the timer stuff in nsListControlFrame and replace it with a simple

boolean that's set as needed if the options change and checked in DidReflow()

Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned.
