Fixing the editor and composer module code to create pre-filled nsIControllerCommandTables as services, and the controller constructors to create singleton command tables with do_GetService.

Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Allow mouse-driven resizing of images and tables in all instances of editor.

For the default Mozilla build, this includes Composer and Mail Composition.
Embeddors willing to disable this feature should look at |nsHTMLEditor::SetIsImageResizingEnabled()|
Displays eight resizing handles plus an info box. Images are resized real-time.
Uses HTML attributes in pure HTML mode (mail composition for instance) and CSS properties when available.
Undoable and Redoable. Does not grind coffe and make a good expresso yet.

Add a tag selector to Composer's status bar. It allows to view the whole hierarchy of the current selection, from the deepest element container up to the body.
...
Each element in the bar is selectable and a context menu allows to select the element, remove the element preserving its contents, changing the element into another one (regardless of DTD), and open the advanced properties dialog for the element.
When "Change tag" is requested, a textbox appears in the status bar. Changes are discarded if Escape key is pressed, and performed if CR/Enter key is pressed.

- Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the

- Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
and scroll processing full time.
- Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
editor event listeners.
- Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
getting caret coordinates.

This moves the command handler stuff from content xul to embedding/components/commandhandler. a=judd r=saari built on mac/windows/gmake with this we will be able to finish removing editorshell from the app and have a true embedded editor.akkana will pick this up after me and finish the embedding work.

1) Removes the arg of nsIDOMWindow in the nsIWebBrowserPrint calls

2) Adds a couple of new methods and an attr to nsIWebBrowserPrint (navigate, is frameset, & exitPP)
3) Removes all but one method from nsIContentViewerFile.idl/h the remaining call is for print regression testing
4) Removes the "static" implementation of nsIContentViewerFile.h
5) Fixed up nsIContentViewerFile.idl and turned it back on so it is now generating the header file
6) Removed all uses of nsIContentViewerFile.h except for the WebCrawler (uses it for Printing Regression testing)
7) nsDocumentViewer.cpp now implements nsIWebBrowserPrint.idl this makes it easier to add new print functionality in one place
8) You can now ask an instance of the ContentViewer for a nsIWebBrowserPrint to do printing (it retruns the nsIWebBrowserPrint interface implemented by the nsDocumentViewer)
9) Anybody who was using nsIContentViewerFile to print will now use nsIWebBrowserPrint
10) You can now do a "GetInterface()" on a GlobalWindow for a nsIWebBrowserPrint
11) The browser UI now uses the GetInterface on the GlobalWindow to get a nsIWebBrowserPrint object to do printing and this can be used for all printing functionality

The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.

* nsITransaction, nsITransactionListenter, nsITransactionManager have
been XPIDL'ized and moved into mozilla/editor/txmgr/idl. The versions
of these interfaces in mozilla/editor/txmgr/public are being CVS removed.
* Renamed Do(), Undo(), and Redo() to DoTransaction(), UndoTransaction(),
and RedoTransaction() to avoid reserved word problems in languages like
JS. I did a sweep through editor and mailnews to remove these methods.
* PeekUndoStack() and PeekRedoStack() now return an AddRef'd pointer.
* Removed GetUndoString(), GetRedoString() and Write() from the
nsITransaction interface. Neither editor or mailnews really made
use of these methods.
* Removed Write() from the nsITransactionManager.cpp interface.
* The Transaction Manager now supports weak references.
* Added support for nsITransactionList to the TransactionManager
to allow access to all transactions on the Undo and Redo stacks, as
well as auto-aggregated transactions.
* Removed all references to nsITransactionDescription from txmgr and editor.
* Added nsPIEditorTransaction and made all Editor internal transactions
inherit from it so we can distinguish between our transactions and
ones from 3rd parties.

UIEvent button property is incorrect according to the DOM2 spec. Changing values to 0, 1, 2 (left, middle, right mouse buttons respectively) from 1, 2, 3. |event.which| continues to use the old values for backwards compatibility. 1. Factoring nsIChannel into a protocol specific part, the nsIChannel, and a socket specific, the nsITransport.
2. Derive the nsIChannel from a nsIRequest.
2. Changes the notification system from necko and the URILoader to pass the nsIRequest interface instead of nsIChannel interface.
This goal stems from wanting to be able to have active AsyncRead and AsyncWrite operations on nsSocketTransport.
This is desired because it would greatly simplify the task of maintaining persistent/reusable socket connections
for FTP, HTTP, and Imap (and potentially other protocols). The problem with the existing nsIChannel interface is
that it does not allow one to selectively suspend just one of the read or write operations while keeping the other active.

fixing code that relied on implicit string construction; note that |NS_LITERAL_STRING| does not produce an |nsString|, it produces something that is a |nsAReadableString|. Many functions still take |nsString&| arguments, and so |NS_LITERAL_STRING| is not appropriate in calling them, yet.
