Content sinks can now return a BLOCK_PARSER return code, forcing the parser to block. nsIParser::EnableParser can be used to unblock. akkana%netscape.com 90d7c049da Change NULL to 0 in NS_RELEASE and NS_IF_RELEASE macros. 
This is illegal C++ (at least on machines where NULL == (void*)0)
and breaks some compilers, issues warnings in others.

More header-generation niceties: #ifndef __nsIFoo_h__, DO NOT EDIT warning
now mentions source filename.
Generate #include in header to match #include in IDL, not by grovelling for
referenced interfaces.
(XXX: Need to polish up memory management.)
