The reason of this change is the same as for Part 2, except that this commit fixes
nsSVGPaintServerFrame::GetPaintServerPattern rather than PaintSVG.

The DrawResult return was not in fact anything to do with the success or
failure of that method, but was actually passing out a very specific piece of information
about the success or failure of any imagelib drawing that may not have occurred
under the various PaintSVG calls.
The signature of PaintSVG is changed from
DrawResult PaintSVG(...., uint32 flags);
to
void PaintSVG(...., imgDrawingParams& aPackage);
imgDrawingParams wraps DrawResult and imgIContainer::FLAG_* as a pack, pass through
PaintSVG to imagelib draw calls under beneath.

I did many change in many files in this patch. But the goal is pretty simple: To
pass the return value of nsSVGPatternFrame::PaintPattern back to the caller
(nsDisplaySVGGeometry). My suggestion is to review this patch right from
nsSVGPatternFrame.cpp.
I made two mistakes in bug 1258510
1. We should not return directly at [1]. RemoveStateBits at l418 will be skip.
2. nsSVGPatternFrame::PaintPattern should return both SourceSurface and draw
result, so that we can update UpdateDrawResult in display item.
All the other changes are to
1. make sure the return value of nsSVGPatternFrame::PaintPattern goes back to
nsDisplaySVGGeometry::Paint correctly.
2. Since the return value of nsSVGPatternFrame::PaintPattern change, we need
modify all existed callers.
I also filed bug 1346124 for handle the returning value of PaintMarkers.

Since font-language-override can only have a single three-letter tag, and it is
eventually converted to uint32_t while creating gfxFontStyle, we should be able
to move the conversion ahead, to an earlier stage.
In this patch, we move the ParseFontLanguageOverride to nsRuleNode, so we could
do the nsString-to-uint32_t conversion during computing time.

This member-var has type 'UniquePtr', but (up until this patch) its value
is set up using "new" and raw pointers. This patch improves that codepath by
using UniquePtr & MakeUnique, for stronger ownership guarantees.

The new name makes the sense of the condition much clearer. E.g. compare:
NS_WARN_IF_FALSE(!rv.Failed());
with:
NS_WARNING_ASSERTION(!rv.Failed());
The new name also makes it clearer that it only has effect in debug builds,
because that's standard for assertions.

This patch removes checking of all the callback calls in memory reporter
CollectReport() functions, because it's not useful.
The patch also does some associated clean-up.
- Replaces some uses of nsIMemoryReporterCallback with the preferred
nsIHandleReportCallback typedef.
- Replaces aCallback/aCb/aClosure with aHandleRepor/aData for CollectReports()
parameter names, for consistency.
- Adds MOZ_MUST_USE/[must_use] in a few places in nsIMemoryReporter.idl.
- Uses the MOZ_COLLECT_REPORT macro in all suitable places.
Overall the patch reduces code size by ~300 lines and reduces the size of
libxul by about 37 KiB on my Linux64 builds.

Although this makes some places more complicated, code should generally
be simpler and clearer. It could slightly improve performance on x64 for
functions with more than four parameters, since it makes more data be
passed via registers rather than the stack.

AutoTextRun now only needs a DrawTarget instead of an nsRenderingContext, and
similar nsRenderingContext/gfxContext-to-DrawTarget replacements can be
propagated a long way up the call graph. This patch replaces 93 occurrences of
nsRenderingContext and 135 occurrences of gfxContext with DrawTarget; that's
13% of them.
The patch is mostly plumbing changes. A couple of not-entirely-plumbing
changes:
- It adds a comment about the null check in
gfxGlyphExtents::GetTightGlyphExtentsAppUnits().
- A couple of functions simply had an unused gfxContext or nsRenderingContext
parameter removed, e.g. SetLineBreaks().

Make GetRoundOffsetsToPixel() take a DrawTarget instead of a gfxContext. This
requires moving it into gfxFontShaper. The only change of note within the
function is the use of aDrawTarget->GetTransform().HasNonTranslation() instead
of CurrentMatrix().HasNonTranslation().
This boils down to these two lines being equivalent:
Size t = aContext->UserToDevice(Size(1.0, 0.0));
Size t = aDrawTarget->GetTransform() * Size(1.0, 0.0);
The rest is just plumbing.

part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

There are many sub-classes of nsExpirationTracker. In order to distinguish them
nicely in the logging of timer firings, it's necessary to manually name each
one. (This wouldn't be necessary if there was a way to stringify template
parameters, but there isn't.)

After this change, we have ShallowSizeOf{In,Ex}cludingThis(), which don't do
anything to measure children. (They can be combined with iteration to measure
children.)
And we still have the existing single-arg SizeOf{In,Ex}cluding() functions,
which work if the entry type itself defines SizeOfExcludingThis().

mapped to us a shorter format of LogLevel::*.
Bustage for usage of the non-fully qualified LogLevel were fixed by adding
|using mozilla::LogLevel;| where appropriate.

Without the patch, the addition to property_database.js leads to
failures related to the "0.0" and "0" values in
layout/style/test/test_value_computation.html .
When scrolling all the way through
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=MNG, |mergedFeatures| gets
initialized more than 50,000 times -- each one involving a heap allocation for
the entry storage -- but it never has anything put into it.
This patch refactors MergeFontFeatures to move |mergedFeatures| inside it. It
now doesn't get created in the common case.
