dbaron%dbaron.org 21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. Merge script principal implementations into one class.
Should reduce footprint, speed up calls to caps a little bit, and fixes several memory leaks.
Also fixes bugs 211174 and 211263
