vidur%netscape.com a83db20ddf Fix for bug 49187. ViewSource now emits HTML. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. 2) Fixed compile errors in XSL glue code that happened after the recent nsString landing by scc.

just don't cut it, since they don't get released until after leaky runs.  This isn't
really a leak, but oh well.
