Bug 1173484 - Fix race caused by adding new volumes. r=aosmond

I had to rename GetDiskSpaceFree to avoid a conflict with Win32's
GetDiskSpaceFree which is really a macro (so it would up changing
stuff inside the DeviceStorageFile class).
