We need it to live in BrowsingContext instead of WindowContext, because
we need to preserve the zoom level across same-origin navigation.
It'd be nice if it only lived in the top BC, but that's not possible at
the moment because a lot of tests rely on zooming only iframes. Some of
them can be adjusted for scaling the top instead, but not sure it's
worth it's worth fixing them and moving the zoom to be top-only, as it'd
be a bunch of effort, and the complexity and overhead of propagating the
zoom is not so big.
The print-preview-specific code in nsContentViewer is from before we did
the document cloning setup, and it seems useless. I've tested print
preview scaling before and after my patch and both behave the same.
The rest is just various test changes to use the SpecialPowers APIs or
BrowsingContext as needed instead of directly poking at the content
viewer.
I named the pres context hook RecomputeBrowsingContextDependentData, as
more stuff should move there like overrideDPPX and other media emulation
shenanigans.
I also have some ideas to simplify or even remove ZoomChild and such,
but that's followup work.

To correctly implement this, it must be known on instantiation whether E is
copy-constructible, which is not the case if only a forward declaration is
available. This can be resolved either by making sure a full definition of E is
available, which is preferable. But in cases where this is not (easily) possible,
the information can be explicitly provided by the MOZ_DECLARE_COPY_CONSTRUCTIBLE
and MOZ_DECLARE_NON_COPY_CONSTRUCTIBLE macros. In particular, declarations for
IPDL-declared types are added to nsTArray.h itself, like it was already done
for MOZ_DECLARE_RELOCATE_USING_MOVE_CONSTRUCTOR.

gfx::Color is currently misused in many places. The DrawTargets expect
the color space to be in device space, e.g. what we are actually going
to draw using. Everything sitting above generally deals with sRGB, as
specified in CSS. Sometimes we missed the conversion from sRGB to device
space when issuing draw calls, and similarly sometimes we converted the
color to device space twice.
This patch splits the type in two. sRGBColor and DeviceColor now
represent sRGB and device color spaces respectively. DrawTarget only
accepts DeviceColor, and one can get a DeviceColor from an sRGBColor via
the ToDeviceColor helper API. The reftests now pass with color
management enabled for everything (e.g. CSS) instead of just tagged
raster images.
There will be a follow up patch to enable color management everywhere by
default on all supported platforms.

Initially this was going to be a simple cleanup: Remove some useless namespaces
here and there and so on, remove `using` statements from the header and so on.
But unfortunately, DOMIntersectionObserver.h (which is included in Element.h,
unnecessarily) ended up exposing `Element` unnamespaced to a lot of code, so I
had to fix that.

This static method is assumed to have the same signature as the type's constructor,
and so we must have an implementation of ComputePerFrameKey for each constructor
a display item provides that is called by MakeDisplayItem. Notably this excludes
the MakeClone constructor for a lot of items.
There is a default varargs implementation on nsDisplayItem which everyone
inherits by default, so types which previously didn't overload this method
still don't need to.
Providing an implementation of ComputePerFrameKey on some display item type
shadows the varargs implementation, so one doesn't need to worry about overloading
one constructor but forgetting about another -- if you do, the compiler will only
see the overload and complain that the signature doesn't match.
One slightly annoying result of this is that display items which previously
inherited an overloaded implementation from a superclass now must provide
their own manual implementations. Although as far as I could tell, all of
those cases had a trivial implementation of key=0 (the super class supported
custom keys but the subclasses didn't make use of it).
In those cases I just hardcoded key=0, but it's possible that it would be
better to call into the superclass' implementation to be more robust to changes.

This commit introduces a new mathml.xlink.disabled option to disable support
for XLink attributes on MathML elements together with a use counter and
deprecation warning when support is enabled. For now, support is only disabled
in Nightly.
In the past, we relied on custom MathML deprecation warnings but those are
removed here. Corresponding tests for these legacy warning messages are
also removed from test_bug553917.html.
link-1.xhtml is run with XLink support enabled (since it checks xlink:href)

This patch introduces a new preference
mathml.deprecated_style_attributes.disabled in order to disable legacy support
for attributes background, color, fontfamily, fontsize, fontstyle and
fontweight. Note that xlink:href will be handled separately in bug 1575870.

call to WarnOnceAbout for the deprecate attributes. Notice that for some
reason, the color attribute used to send warning in both ParseAttribute and
MapMathMLAttributesInto.
* sMtableStyles is removed and replaced with a simple comparison.
* sMathML3Attributes is split into two tables: one for script attributes which
will be handled in bug 1548471 and one for style attributes, handled here.
The attributes in this second table is now ignored when the feature flag is
disabled.
* test_bug553917.html is updated so that it no longer checks the old warning
messages for these attributes. New warning messages have been verified
manually.
* Reftests checking support for these attributes are run with the support
enabled.
* Finally, WPT tests are run with the support disabled and a new test
