If we want correct popup placement we need to use the right anchor rect
for gdk_window_move_to_rect under Wayland. Patch exports the anchor rect from the
nsMenuPopupFrame to be used in nsWindow.
This patch also fixes popup overflowing the screen by using the size returned from
gdk_window_move_to_rect for the nsMenuPopupFrame.

These functions all have a single call site, and the call site clearly always
has rect in DesktopPixel units. So it makes sense to encode this in the API,
and propagate the strongly typed units.

Also move MOZ_MUST_USE before function declarations' specifiers and return type. While clang and gcc's __attribute__((warn_unused_result)) can appear before, between, or after function specifiers and return types, the [[nodiscard]] attribute must precede the function specifiers.

This intended to fix some windows builds, but that didn't end up working.
This removes some unused members and such, and fixes some missing includes
that they uncover (whoops).
This was needed because some windows headers used in the sandbox redefine STRICT
(which is used by `StyleContain`) and `TRANSPARENT`, which is used by some WR
stuff.

Lets Wayland sessions run vsync off wayland surface frame callbacks by creating
an interface for widgets to return a local VsyncSource, if applicable.
This interface is currently used for the compositor, and for refresh drivers
in the parent process. It is not yet used for vsync in content processes.

And deliver the value to the top content pres context, but it's not used in
this commit. The value will be used in the next commit.
One caveat is that areas covered by the dynamic toolbar will be outside
of the content area, which means implementers of GeckoView needs to call
setVerticalClipping with _negative_ values.

The reason of the crash is, the window may have already been destroyed and
`PuppetWidget::mBrowserChild` was set to `nullptr` when synthesizing key event.
This patch makes `PuppetWidget::GetEditCommands()` check whether it's `nullptr`
and returns whether it's succeeded or not. Therefore, `TextInputProcessor`
can throw exception in such case.

By getting the right screen size we can shrink the popup menus which overflows
the screen size under Wayland. The ScreenManager does not help us, because we
can't get absolute window position, but we can use gdk_display_get_monitor_at_window
and gdk_monitor_get_workarea to get the correct screen rectangle.

Even if we don't have a root displayport, the composition size is still used for
displayport margins calculations. For extremely tall iframes, this will create
a displayport that is way to big. We should instead report a composition size that
is equivalent to the visible rect for OOP-iframes.
