Benjamin Smedberg c5d1e4d1ad Bug 888292 - De-emphasize the plugin icon in the address bar when it doesn't need to catch the user's attention. With this change, the only time the icon will be "alert blue" is when a plugin is click-to-activate and it's too small to show the overlay inline in the page. Benjamin Smedberg b02c781c12 Bug 880735 part D - New doorhanger frontend code. Removes all logic which shows the plugin doorhanger automatically, including on scripting.
