rename several stan files which had the same name as other nss files.
remove depricated functions.

kirke%netscape.com b4bed1dcdb Resolves bug 66244 - Many NSS command do not detect failure of NSS_Init* functions. Introduced SECU_PrintPRandOSError(progName); to print on failure.
