AXTextMarker and AXTextMarkerRange are opaque types that are not queried or
manipulated by the AT. For tests, we need to be able to retrieve them,
and pass them back.
This patch generalizes the wrapper we already had in nsIAccessibleMacInterface
and allows other types to be wrapped.

This includes 3 changes:
1. Add a lazy ranges getter to AccTextSelChangeEvent.
2. Create an XPCOM interface for testing purposes.
3. Add IPDL bindings for passing ranges in e10s.

Dev Tools A11y Panel interacts with accessibles in the process in which they reside.
It does not (and cannot) deal with ProxyAccessibles.
However, GetDeepestChildAtPoint now walks into the ProxyAccessible tree if appropriate, which is what we want for tests and what normally makes sense.
This patch introduces GetDeepestChildAtPointInProcess, which Dev Tools will use instead.

Windows programs run via Wine don't like Unix absolute paths (they look
like command line arguments), so we need to use relative paths.
Mingw already run fxc2 via wine, but for some reason it doesn't care
about the Unix absolute paths. genshaders does need some adjustements to
run properly with the real fxc.
Now, on actual Windows, because the temporary directory where
tempfile.NamedTemporaryFile creates files by default is not necessarily
on the same drive as where the command runs from, a relative path can't
be constructed. So we also force the temporary file to be created in the
current (obj) directory.
There is no similar concern for other files because we only go from
objdir to srcdir, and the build system already doesn't support both
being on a separate drive.
While here, flush stdout when the genshared script writes to it, so that
the messages are printed out immediately rather than randomly, later,
after output from subprocesses.

This is an alternative to carrying a revert of the offending changeset, since the bug doesn't show hope of a fix anytime soon, or maybe ever. This way we don't have to keep rebasing the patch as we pick up new clangs, and developers don't have to remember to apply the patch when building a local compiler.

Mark the html:mark element to the new ROLE_MARK, which currently maps the same as role_text, and the xml-role of "mark", make sure we expose the roleDescription on Mac, and adjust the test so it tests that the attributes don't pick up any unexpected color for this particular element. So, the background attribute is empty when there is no unexpected, non-default background color.

Having a full VPATH for the srcdir sometimes causes make to grab the
wrong prerequisite for a rule, in particular if we have a file in the
srcdir and also generate a file of the same name in the objdir. We don't
really need VPATH anymore though, since most of the information comes
from mozbuild, where we can explicitly list the path to the srcdir or
objdir as necessary.

This patch makes accessible module use `mozilla::PresShell` directly rather
than via `nsIPresShell`. Additionally, renames `DocAccessible::PresShell()`
to `DocAccessible::PresShellPtr()` for avoiding conflict with using
`PresShell` in it and its sub classes.

This patch marks some methods of nsCoreUtils which are found at writing the
following patches, as `MOZ_CAN_RUN_SCRIPT`.
Due to bug 1543294, some of them are marked as `MOZ_CAN_RUN_SCRIPT_BOUNDARY`
because `MOZ_CAN_RUN_SCRIPT` requires to change base class, but that's
other licenses header or used in our code too many places.

This patch contains three fixes.
1) As in Bug 1515982, we use the constant for RT_MANIFEST instead of
the define, which needs winuser.rh to be included
2) We stop exempting the mingw builds from RCINCLUDE in
toolkit/library/moz.build which causes us to miss all of the
resources in xul.dll
3) We explicitly include IA2Marshal.dll instead of relying on
compiler magic to include it for us.

All but one of the current uses of DEFFILE use `SRCDIR + '/file.def'` to
get a srcdir-relative path anyway, and the other one wants an
objdir-relative path, so using Path makes everything clearer.
This makes it more straightforward to translate the paths for the WSL
build.
IA2 now has IA2_ROLE_CONTENT_INSERTION/DELETION.
Mac has AXInsert/DeleteStyleGroup subroles.
We now create accessibles for these elements and expose the appropriate role.
For ATK, there is no specific role for these, so we just use the generic ATK_ROLE_SECTION.

nsIAccessibleText.setSelectionBounds should accept a start offset that is larger than an end offset. This is an indica tion that it is a reverse selection, and the caret should be at the start of the selection.
This should also be consistent with how multiple range selections work interactively - the caret should re
main at the last offset reached.
