We only support writable Animation.timeline attribute on nightly
build, so use nightly build flag in WebIDL and Animation.h/cpp.
For the test expectations, we also use this build flag to skip them or
mark them as expected fail if necessary.

For review purposes, the important changes are in dom/bindings/Configuration.py
and dom/bindings/parser.
The changes to the IDL files were done by running these in dom/webidl
and dom/bindings/test:
perl -pi -e 's/^interface ([A-Za-z0-9_]+)($| [:{])/[Exposed=Window]\ninterface \1\2/' *.webidl
perl -pi -e 'BEGIN { $/ = undef; } s/\[HTMLConstructor\]\n\[Exposed=Window\]/[HTMLConstructor,\n Exposed=Window]/g' *.webidl
perl -pi -e 'BEGIN { $/ = undef; } s/\[NoInterfaceObject\]\n\[Exposed=Window\]/[NoInterfaceObject,\n Exposed=Window]/g' *.webidl
perl -pi -e 'BEGIN { $/ = undef; } s/\[ChromeOnly\]\n\[Exposed=Window\]/[ChromeOnly,\n Exposed=Window]/g' *.webidl
And running this in dom/chrome-webidl:
perl -pi -e 'BEGIN { $/ = undef; } s/\[ChromeOnly\]\ninterface/[ChromeOnly, Exposed=Window]\ninterface/g' *.webidl
and then fixing all the resulting parser failures. I then verified that the
generated code is the same as before this change.

Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.
Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.
nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.
I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.
While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.
This patch was generated by my modeline.py script.

We don't intend to ship this in the near future until the integration with
AnimationWorklet is clear (although we might ship a read-only version).
That said, we use this feature extensively internally (e.g. in DevTools etc.) so
we enable this feature for system callers.

This pref was introduced in case we encountered compatibility issues from
changing the return value of Animation.playState (bug 1412765). Now that the
change to Animation.playState has shipped to release channel without any known
problems we should drop this pref.

In summary, we are splitting the "pending" play state out into a separate
boolean member so that it is possible to distinguish between "play-pending" and
"pause-pending" and because most of the time when you check for
animation.playState === 'running' you also really want to include play-pending
animations.

Like Animation.finished, this will likely change to a cancelable promise in the
future (assuming such things materialize) so we should not ship it for the
time being.
This is in anticipation of adding Animation::SetTimeline(). Once we set the
timeline out of band, there's a chance that getting it could return null so
this patch makes the WebIDL and method name reflect that.

This patch is a fairly minimal rename of the AnimationPlayer interface. It
leaves a bunch of local variables and helper classes still using the word
"player". These will be addressed in subsequent patches that don't require DOM
peer review.

We define KeyframeEffectReadonly in KeyframeEffect.cpp since Web Animations also
defines KeyframeEffect and when we come to implement that I expect we'll define
it in the same class, maybe even using the same object.
This patch also adds a few missing includes in places where
KeyframeEffectReadonly is used so that we're not just cargo-culting it in.

Most of this is fairly obvious. However, the addition of 'override' to
ElementPropertyTransition::Name() is not strictly necessary. It was simply added
because while making these changes I accidentally dropped the 'virtual' keyword
from the method in the superclass and the compiler didn't complain. Adding this
will hopefully make it harder to create the same bug in the future.
